Description Videos
Most extreme-sport-activity pages have 2 YouTube videos uploaded by the Website’s admin in order to demonstrate what this activity or sport is about in addition to the textual description and the image that serve the same purpose. These videos are used in full compliance with the YouTube Terms of Use.
Most of these videos contain added musical track. We have done our best to avoid uploading videos with added songs from such obviously famous bands as Metallica, U2, Nine Inch Nails, Korn, and some others. However, we do not know and cannot possibly know every single song/melody ever released. We do not know and cannot possibly know whether a YouTube user who had added a song to his/her video uploaded to YouTube does have or does not have a right to use a song he/she added.
In addition, we do believe that we have a right to use these videos in accordance to Fair Dealing/Fair Use concept due to all the reasons explained in the section above.
At the same rime, we guarantee that we will remove any description video that violates your copyright within reasonable time, if you, a copyright holder, properly notify us about such infringement.
