Description

Even with no previous experience, you will have the opportunity to take full control of, and fly a real helicopter! The experience starts with a briefing which introduces participants to the basic concepts of how a helicopter works, the use of elementary controls and safety procedures. At the completion of the pre-flight briefing the instructor will take participants out to a R22 or Hughes 300 helicopter where the hands on experience begins. For the next 35 minutes participant will gradually learn to fly the helicopter with guidance from an instructor. The controls in a helicopter will be explained along with what they do. The helicopter is dual control and you will have a fully qualified and experienced pilot sitting next to you so although this is one of the most exciting experiences it is still extremely safe and you are in great hands.
